I’m a writer, producer, and visual artist based in Berlin. My artistic practice is centered around interrogations of personal/collective historiography and desire, and hops between mediums. My filmic work has been supported by BKM (Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien) and the Berlin Senatsverwaltung. I was a resident of the Visual Studies Workshop in Rochester, NY, a recipient of the 2023 Tin House Scholarship, and a 2024 artist-in-residence at the Headlands Center For The Arts.

I’m the fiction editor at SAND Journal, and work as a producer at Deutsche Welle. In an extremely distant lifetime, I was a journalist and photographer at the Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones, and an editorial assistant at the Financial Times.

Credentials: BA in Comparative Literature from NYU, MA in Visual and Media Anthropology from Freie Universität.

I also illustrate during my free time, write fiction/essays, and enjoy making things out of trash.
